PVD Returns

Just received an email confirming PVD will be coming to Melbourne on Friday May 11@ QBH. YAY!!!!!! (Yes I know ITM broke the story ages ago that he would be coming back, but this finalises the date & venue).

I know it is 5 weeks away, but this one will be worth getting excited for.

I suggest getting your tickets early once they are released, as anyone who caught him at the Docks last year will in attendence again this time around.

I've never been to QBH before, so does anyone have any info on how many people this venue will fit and what the sound quality will be like?

QBH is not as big as i would prefer, especially for a crowd of the size PVD will more than likely draw. But the sound system has been on occasion quite good, and im sure the PVD crew will have their own stuff to add. Must say, i've only been once (the music mostly played there is not quite to my taste) and most of my opinion is based on what various people i know/spoken to have told me. Basically, some think its too crowded, some think its too small, some think its too big, etc etc. But so far i have heard only good things about the sound.

I was so dissapointed in PVD last year at Trade. Some of mixes were very poor, the crowd was somewhat terrible for the majority of the night READ: someone calling out go "Paul Van Dyk" when someone else was playing. Bahh, I won't be spending money to go see him again! (That's just my opinion btw!). He's music is great (also in my opinion) but his performance left somewhat to the imagination. Ahhh Well... Keep Rokn'

QBH sucks..... very up themselves kinda crowd...... dress 2 impress & all that shite!!!

Club is similar to home, but with more attitude :P

QBH is just club wog. i'm surprised PVD is playing there. He definitely needs a bigger venue!

The regular crowd at QBH sucks the big one!!! they just drip this bullshit negative attitude (yes i realise this post isnt that positive either) BUT i doubt that this will be the crowd showing up to see PVD, I hope not anyway, Im yet to see him live so ill be missing out on breaksAhoy3 to see him, hope Ive made the right choice. Any one else in this delema (spelling?). ahhhh the pain of being cought between trance and breaks, does that make me a TranceBreaksexual? , i really should shut up now its all down hill from here ...............
