Hehehe all of the above- I've been going to Kandy since the start of January 2000 and I'd say have probably been to nearly every Kandy since then. The place is awesome, second home style, the regular crew are some of the greatest people to party with (and to know!) The dress- Just remember don't go there in all black, or "dressy" clothes because it's a very streetwear/colourful sort of dress code. The place- well billboards itself is awesome, and the place is decked out with some awesome lighting, sound, decor etc. The music- I'd have to say FOR IT'S "STYLE" is some of the greatest out there. If you like Hard House, NRG, Trance, Hard Trance etc. then you'll love the music- because they're Melbourne's best DJ's for that style (*note* personal opinion!)- You've got Scott Alert to melt your mind with his morning sets or bang it with his mid sets. Damo & Beau who have been banging it to geer the crowd up. Richie Braic for his deep progressive style. D-Bass for her classic sets. Ajax, Krash, Hope to bounce you around the walls and bang it up, with the old and the new, Nexus- for his style- which often includes some ecclectic mixes- of Gabber, 80's anthems, Van Halen rock Gabber and Chich and CHong samples. ANd the there's Jeremy K- who'll make you have a heartattack because he's so fking different, banging, dark and hard and Brilliant! Ok enough of my rants. Kandy rocks. (*note* personal opinion). ALSO Good Friday KISS FM are broadcasting live from Hard Kandy... So it will be an awesome night to make an appearance.
