Hi Guys,
Before u say anything YES I did do a search and managed to only find half of answer.
I'm just wanting to know what the best price thats going around for the DJM800.
I've been quoted $1800 but I have a feeling I can get better than this.
Perhaps JB Hi-Fi or DJ Warehouse....any ideas or feedback would be great!
Cheers

It's a pity you didn't ask about a week ago. Lightsounds Chatswood had a closing down sale that ended this weekend and they had a new one for $1650. But I guess that's really no help. $1750 is good- JB, you've done it again!

I know you said sydney - but another option:
The Aussie dollar is really high against the US at the moment, a quick ebay search shows 1 DJM800 buy it now for AU$1,287.06 (US$$1,149.99) and a few at auction for AU$1,119.18 with no bids.
I dont imagine shipping would be much over $100. So you could pretty much have one here for under $1300.
Problems are you don't get the warranty. Also dono about voltage converters, but if they are like the CDJ1000 (which I think they would be) - they should be dual voltage.
Anyway just another option for you to look at to save some cash.

i'd rather spend an extra couple of hundred for none of the hassle and all of the warranty

pfft, my empath was $150 shipping and your forgetting about the 15.5% import taxes and $50 assesment fee (all this is waived for items under $1000AUD)
