This Saturday has Omar Santana and Rob Gee playing at Rush. Last time I went to Rush (was my first time too), there wern't as many people as I hoped...:meh:

Anyhow! I've been to Bass Station in Melbourne, and they attract an awesome "ravey" crowd, I imagine Rush is like that here? No idea, so whats the go?

I'll defnitely be there, watch out for white Tweaks top/orange pants and say hi :)

As posted by Mr S on System 6 boards

Latest news...

Until the venue pays the deposit for these guys, they are not coming to Adelaide
I can almost definitley say they will not be playing. This makes Midtown look bad when it is not their fault so do not flame Midtown over this.

^#^&@#!!~

if you like your dance music hardcore you will be hard pressed to find a better performance than Rob Gee.
An already packed dance floor became something akin to a mosh pit as a large percentage of the 700 people there moved and grooved (or tryed to).

the most noticable exception from the night was the large fans that adorn the sides of the dance floor and the resuting inability to breath or cool down had many fleeing to the chilly outdoors for stints to cool and catch breath.

enough friendly faces that you didn't have to wander far to find someone to chat too - known or previously unknown.

all up a good night at a good (but sometimes unreasonable) venue.
