I went and saw Ali G, the other day and was wondering what other people thought. I found it quite funny and cracked up pretty much during the entire movie.....

Twas ok. Not as good as I'd hoped! Saw it at home, not on a big screen, but I don't think that would have made it any better!
A lot of the jokes were just the same as in his series. And he ruined the "Is it coz I is black?" line in the film :meh:

I thought there was about three different styles of humour in it. The slapstick Naked Gun type humour that doesn't make me laugh, the sex type jokes for the teenage boys which doesn't make me laugh (much), but all the original ali g style jokes were funny. All the stupid "realistic" stuff that you see people doing all the time were the best bits, like the beatboxing 8-)

I haven't sceen any of the series at all, so the movie was my introduction to Ali G, however i had heard about him...

You have to see the series, they are a crack-up!
There bringing them out on dvd, so you'll have a chance to watch them then, trust me if you thought the movie was good, you'll love the series!:)
