Hey all, good to see a dedicated forum to the art and craft of production...

I have found the following site immensely valuable in learning the tricks of the trade: http://www.studiocovers.com/articles.htm

It covers everything you could need to know about in the studio in detail. Particularly helpful for me was the guide to analogue synthesis, but there's also guides to mixing, compression, mastering, and all the other fun stuff...

I didn't find this myself, someone showed it to me, but I thought I'd share. Learn and enjoy :)
