And yes, I own Samson Rubicon R5A's. They're excellent.
Musictech magazine have them as they're #1 bang for your buck monitors, and I'd have to agree.
Don't be confused with the Samson resolv series though...they're rubbish

I'll have to agree for when it comes to production.

I've got a pair of Resolv80a's, and for DJing they're really good. Plus I picked them up for $200 with speaker stands on ebay.

bought the media 1's for my unit... DJing, production and general music listening.

expected absolute rubbish, pretty impressed actually. for a 4" monitor they have a bit of kick and although not at all flat, have a decent representation.

Samson is the one well there is a pair 400watt, with amp that supports 600 watt going for about 750 do u think that is resnable
