Quest QSA300 about to die?

I have a pair of QSA300's that I use for mobile DJing and lately I have noticed that one of them seems to have the peak light flashing alot more then the other. When I say flashing, it isnt fully lit up because I dont push them (levels set to 12oclock on speakers, mixer set to 2oclock and channels are never in the red - using a Denon DNX-500)

I wondered why the other speaker wasnt peaking so I put the levels to about 2oclock and still nothing unless I played a really bassy RnB track.

This got me thinking that my speaker is on its way out? Will it die slowly or in the middle of a party and leave me trying to get the floor moving with only one speaker?

I think that the speaker is protesting about the genre of music that it is being forced to reproduce! ;)

On a serious note, it would be worth getting a qualified/experienced technician to check it out.

I didnt know that you could service speakers.

What would be involved when the technician services it?
