hey guys,

We're still running our Sunday School nights and looking to give a few more up & comers a set.

This is a great way to get yourself into playing in a club environment, but with a very relaxed crowd of people and very little pressure. It's all about having fun, meeting like minded people and GREAT music.

At the moment we try to get at least 2 new DJ's for each of our nights, and have one or two of the previous DJ's returning each week. A few of the people who've played have gone on to get other gigs and i'd like to think playing at our may have helped them along a bit.

If anyone is interested in playing give me a download link to a demo of yours, and please make sure that the id tag has your name on it...

Music policy is Deep / Tech house, Progessive & Techno.

We run from 8pm to around 2am so let me know which timeslot you're aiming your demo at. Apart from music policy we are very big on creating a good flow to the night, so we all make sure the sets blend nicely.

Please no fidget, electro or baltimore....:ninja:

Cheers,
Dave

awesome initiative for free djs and at the same time giving no names a chance!
but god damn no fidget or electro? lol
how long are the sets u are allocating?
i myself dabble with tech if i were to prep a demo you liked would it be appropriate for ur umm i dunno i suppose criteria for what ur looking for?
i just wanna play an early opening set at a club so i get to know my way round club equipment...that and if i fuck up i wont get flamed...as much...haha
p.s i dont rape the flanger effect

cheers mate, in answer to your questions....

the only reason we do it for free is to keep the night as free entry for punters which i think is nice...

personally i dont want fidget or electro played as i cant really stand it and i like to give people a chance to hear music that isnt played at every club around....

sets are 40 to 60mins depending on how busy we are.

if you just want to play first then fair enough, its a great chance to play in a club and not have to worry about everyone watching you too much, i'm sure any of the other lad's who've play will back this up.

for a warm up just keep it deepish ;)

I'll try and record something tonight, probably an earlier style set rather than peak
