i came home cracked a beer & fired up the decks, been playing mow for a couple of hours just me, some beers & the cat.
now i couldn't care less.. work is a million miles away.

for me its been 8 monthes away from my own equipment which i sold before relocating to Thailand, goodbye technics turntables, mixer - all my records (i kept the records)

so i get here and for the the whole time longed for some gear to mix on, but of course that would mean starting from scratch again

so now just last week I finnally had the cash up to go and buy 2 x CDJ800's and a DJM700 all new

2 guesses what I have been doing since - you never get sick of it - EVER :daftpunk:

haha it's weird, i would have thought that the bass would really piss her off but there is a big comfy armchair in the room that she curls up onto whenever I am mixing and even though it is cranked LOUD she will just have a lil snooze... love my Moochcat <3

Another thing I hate about cats;
Lets say I was moving furniture and something heavy fell on my abdomen, breaking my hip and rendering my immobile. If I had a dog I could say 'Go get help!' and the dog would go running to save me.

A cat would look at me, then curl up on my legs and start purring. After acouple of hours once it gets hungry it'd lick my face. Probably eat my corpse eventually. Assuming it'd wait til i was dead....

my cat got her head stuck in a vinyl sleeve last night and was walking around the music room with it stuck on her neck. i couldnt help laugh at the poor thing. it did freak her out abit
