Ive got myself some timecode vinyls (TS) and managed to get them to work with VirtualDJ
Ive tried several other programs but have had the most luck with VDJ.

I have got the setup working, it receives the signal.
The music plays back if I hold the record and move it back/forward and it seems pretty accurate in its tracking.

However.

As soon as I let the record play it sounds all chipmunk like!!!
I was able to temporarily stop this by changing the tempo sliders range in the software to 100%
I then slowed the tempo down on the software and got a regular speed and could then use my turntables pitch slider.
After getting 1 mix done, the vinyl stopped controlling the music, it still controlled the vinyl graphic on screen but didnt control the music and it reverted back to chipmunk speed.

why!!!!!???!!??! when i get so close to this working does it backfire !

Has anyone experienced this ?

mixx.org doesnt even open with my korg zero4 turned on so I cant try that.
Ive also messed around with the latency and auto latency option.
The RPM settings are all fine..... the signal comes through in the options...
Im running out of things to try.

I cant find anything on Google that helps either, can you ? :?

virtual dj doesnt support the trakotr scratch vinyls. not every timecode is the same. the traktor scratch timecode has anothe rpitch range, thus when you play at normal speed the pc thinks its played much faster... you need the timecode for your product, in this case the virtual dj tc. there are some softwares out there which support multiple timecodes and also some are able to learn timecodes. however usually you are only able to use them in relative mode, not absolute mode. on cdjs it shouldnt be a problem though....

try deckadance.com or mixvibes. however http://www.virtualdj.com/products/timecode/cd.html lets you download the cd timecode for virtualdj.....
