Every now and then i go to jbhifi for example and i find a cd with alot of songs i want and i check if its unmixed and i get home and its mixed, it may not have a known dj mixing it but its still mixed.

Are there any Un mixed cds of full mixes (not radio edits) out there, if so what sre the names of cds, etc... or should i just get just download them now?

if so what sites are good for this?

im also after remixes of the presets , where can i get these from?

thanks

i picked this up last weekend (at JB ) : http://www.discogs.com/release/1123735

50 unmixed certified classic tracks on 5 CDs for around $35 ... so that's about 70c per track ... thrifty !!

You can get a few different unmixed cd's if you look hard enough ,i have one called techno sessions with heaps of classic techno tracks but many different genre's i have seen an electro house sessions if that's what your after but they have heaps more soul, funk, dub, disco, break's & heaps more.
Also i have seen a series called dj masters all unmixed in a variety of popular styles they usually are 2 or 3 cd's.
Another one i got a while ago is one of the hed candy cd's this was also unmixed so i assume a lot of their cd's would be unmixed. One more i have is called cream collect techno i is a few years old but it is 3 disc's of classic unmixed techno i think you can get it in other genre's but you may have to do a bit of digging there are plenty of unmixed cd's out there you just got to look and spend some time browsing different shops in different area's it's amazing what you will find if you put the time.
It's easy to download music but there's something about finding tunes in a shop that's really satisfying.
One last thing i saw one the other day it had 1 mix cd plus 2 unmixed cd's good value.
hope this has been some help.:thumb:

If your looking for real commerical stuff, on the 15th Jb will be selling the 2009 annual in USB format with 320kbps MP3's of all the tracks unmixed

Presets remixes should be on beatport, lifelike remix of this boys in love ftw
