coming to QLD next week

Hey Brisbane and Gold Coast party people,

I'm driving up the long road from Sydney to Brisbane next week and I need some party and club advice...

I'll basically be around from wednesday to saturday and I want to know what clubs, record stores etc are must sees. I was thinking mantra on wednesday night, but the rest of the week is open.

Any advice gladly accepted.

i'm waiting for my weekly Aliak:Filter email which lists everything on in the Bris area. when i get the latest one, i'll send it on to you :)

Definately checkout the ZEN warehouse and have a chat to the ppl than run it. They're trying to give clubbers something of that warehouse experience as opposed to slick clubbing glam venues.

Ja Ja's is a new venue...check it for me :)

The Family Superclub is set to open soon and after hearing about it for soooooo long, we need a bit of a low down on that. It's been talked about for ages. Journo's haved toured the premises and reported about it in the street press. It's been ready to open for ages apparently but the doors ahve stayed closed!
PC wants to know whats the hold up?!? Whats in store?!...and ...is it connected the Family that have just taken over Seven on Saturday nights? Same ads for both places!
