Heyy I just got my pair of 2 cdjs and djm 400 with a roadcase and headphones just last week for $3000 and this morning I just found the same package on for ebay for $2290 for the same gear I had bought anyways I was just wondering why it was so damn cheap on ebay?

$2,290 is not cheap. It is the right price.

Where did you pay $3,000 ??? Someone is having a laugh. All the way to the bank.

Is it really? Djstore.com.au has them for $2399.00 WITHOUT headphones and a case and same with Jd sound & lighting. Do you get them cheaper or something if you buy them in a package with a roadase and head phones etc

what headphones did you get? they'd want to be damn good to justify an extra $700 just for the road case and headies..

Where is the ebay store/seller located? If it's outside of Australia, then they won't have to supply the Pioneer warranty/guarantee - which could explain why it's cheap (at least I don't think they have to).

I bought a similar set-up this time last year - CDJ400 x2, DJM400, RC2 Roadcase and Stanton DJPro3000 cans for around $2700 - not a bad deal at the time seeing as the CDJ-400's had only been released a few months earlier.

Give it time - you'll soon forget about the price when you discover how much damn fun the set-up is :)

Man hate to rub it in, but u should take this as an important lesson, do ur research before walkin into a shop. They must have seen u coming from the moment u left ur house.

Hope ur enjoying ur gear anyway.

indeed... this is a good lesson.

50% of RRP is a do-able price for anything that hasn't just been released.

So why is the RRP so high when clearly nobody is going to pay that much?

sikhurity

vinyl pops and skips - plus the club standards are moving ever more towards cds and laptops (or similar devices) i'm a vinyl lover myself but i've just embraced the digital world for music as a bridge between playing and producing music

there's some really exciting products coming out this year

anyone would think the future of music is in computers
