Hi everyone,
Most of you have seen me post this quite a few times throughout different threads but thought it deserved a thread of it's own.
I take on a 3 bedroom apartment in San Antonio and of that I rent out 2 of the rooms to travelers. This year it's looking like I will have a good friend of mine (well connected in the dance scene) living with me for the summer which leaves the twin room available to all you travelers thinking of coming over for a visit.
It's a modern apartment located a 10 minute walk from Cafe Del Mar in San Antonio as well as a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction to one of the most cosy and beautiful beaches on the Island - Calo Gracio. It's nice and secluded and is a great way to be close enough to the hustle and bustle without actually being in it. You cannot hear the late night noise of San Antonio but is close enough to walk it.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, is fully tiled so is nice and cool in general as well as having air-conditioning. Wi-fi internet (if you have a laptop), private terrace with views to the sunset, private pool in the complex, washing machine and a cleaner once a week.
I did this last year and absolutely loved meeting new people. I especially enjoyed getting to know more of the Aussies who hit up the island. Some of the people I had stay last year are now very good friends!
This is a great way to stay in nice surroundings while being able to save money by having the ability to cook your own meals and where possible I will help guide you to where you want to go so you can get the most out of the island. I price very reasonably and in direct comparison to a budget hotel so it's great value and I think you get more for your money.
