there should be some sort of "midi" button thing in Traktor main screen (I have Serato and use Nano Pads), and I guess when activated will open up all the things for midi-setup? Then mouse-click on the button/feature you want to use, and then you move/activate the switch on the Nano you want to use for that action...
hope that helps..

Go to traktor's controller manager
click on the drop down list and choose your midi device
and then click "ADD IN"
choose the function you want to map, choose the parameters and which decks A/B or fx unit 1/2/3/4 , starting values etc, and then when you're happy click "LEARN" once - it will turn yellow - and then Press a button or move the knobs on the device to register it
do this for each of the functions you want to map~ once you are done to avoid doing it again go to options, choose EXPORT -> save the tsi file
or if you want a shortcut theres a lot of TSI's out there for midis, djtechtools got some pretty awesome one (they got a pretty cool oxygen mapping too!)
