Say i play song X and its bpm is 123, when i finish that and start playing another, song Y, it will also have bpm 123, even if they are completely different. Why does this sometimes happen?
..yes use my ears, but obviously i dont want there to be a problem with my equipment
it sometimes happens and sometimes doesnt.

maybe one track is 123.1 and the other is 123.9...there's a lot of difference between them. use the counter as a guide only, cause that's what it is.
who cares if it's not accurate?

I think you need to explain this a little more. Are you saying, for example, the first track reads 123bpm and when you load the next track on the same CDJ it also reads 123bpm? What do you mean by "even if they are completely different"? Are you saying it is reading it as 123bpm when it is actually around 128bmp for example?

Wait....
Your not saying that the left CDJ is telling you it's 123bpm and the right is telling you it's also 123bpm and you're wondering why it's going out of time???
Sorry for double post. Web inthemix doesn't have edit button.

might just be the firm ware
Check the firmware your running, and if its anything less than 2.10 then update it
because i'm lonely and don't get out, i even got you a link

Tracks within the same genre of music are produced around similar bpm, so yes you will come across different tracks being the same bpm, is that what you're asking?

okay well the songs will have the exact same bpm, like +0.45% will be the exact same for a few songs in a row say..I realise that songs from similar genres share similar bpm's but not to such an exact extent.
Yes i do need to update my firmware and i appreciate the link.
I do care if its not accurate, because i dont want something to be wrong with them.....

if you can hold a mix down for a few minutes or more on them with only minor adjustments then there's nothing wrong with them
