Seriously thinking about it being my next mixer, depending on (amongst other things) price point.
Any news on pricing at all?
Has anyone had a play of one of these yet?
I'm guessing it's not going to be shit, Rane know how to make a mixer. I just hope they don't try and price it too high.

What are you talking about, girls love bright lights
Nah, I know what you mean, it's real functional though: a 4 channel mixer, with controls for Serato effects/loops/cue points etc., with an SL3 included. If it sounds good and isn't a million bucks, it's probably top 3 next mixer for this guy.

It's all the green and blue buttons, they look weird...plus I just don't really like black topped mixers, give me a silver face anyday...plus black pots/faders on black mixer = bad design imo...neat fun in a darkened booth which doesn't have a light on the mixer!

i actually don't think it looks that bad... and i don't think black knobs on a black mixer is such a big deal... fucking heaps of mixers (mine included) do it that way, and you don't hear pro's whinging about it.
luckily, even if the general consensus is it looks shit, i prefer functionality.
would be interested in pricing. looks fucking amazing.
so behringer are now designing Rane mixers?

All this talk about it being aesthetically lacking- it's only so it can match the serato softwares ugliness- all function and no form!
Bring on the hate from the fan boys!
Oh and personally I think the 68 looks better than pioneers Video game toy looking/feeling offerings!

It just looks like they've made a hybrid so if the functionality works well, which one would assume it would, then it will be a great mixer.

I did lol. Your so right man.
It may not look as appealing as some of the other mixers out there, but at the end of the day, why the fuck do you buy a mixer? Cause it looks good? NAY. Cause it performs well! And anything that Rane do is bound to do the job :)
Interested to see the selling point! I know if i played on serato id be all over this :D
