hey i was wondering where people would personally draw the line with pre-edited tracks for playing out? does anyone do this? anyone consider it foul play as it's not being mixed on the fly? if people do create pre-edited tracks, is it only acceptable to use one acapella and one instrumental? would it be foul play to have an acapella play over a pre-edited mix of two tracks for example?
no i dont want to make mashups just curious on peoples opinions on how much pre-editing is acceptable
if it's a complex mash, but all means do it in the studio
but if it;s just a simple one, practice the f*cker and play it live

he seemed to profit a lot from throwing an acapella over tocadisco's remix a little while back
