Glebe Record Fair - worthwhile?

Got a flyer for this today, its on 10 April and I've never been before.

For fellow Sydney crate diggers, is it worthwhile checking out or a waste of time?

What sort of stuff are you after?

paid my $10 and went last year, but wasn't really all that prepared and felt really overwhelmed.

Heaps of people and heaps of wax to flick through. I'm sure there would have been some great stuff there, but in the end it was all a bit much and I couldn't be bothered looking through it. Also not a lot of people have anything you can use to listen before you buy, so you need to know what you're looking for. I thought I'd just pop in for a little bit, grab a couple of gems and be out, but you need to spend some time there.

Saw Illya there selling some of his tunes, I'm sure he would have had some good stuff

I usually find when I go crate digging I look for one thing and find something else - which is half the fun.

Didn't get as much this year - not bad though. Not much broken beat/jazzy stuff to be found which is what I looking for. Disco selection was good - housey stuff ok, where was illya?! Wanted to rinse his collection again. Didn't see Revolve records either?

a 3disc compilation including llorca and laurent garnier tracks
and some other shit.
My girlfriend also bought me Orbital - Work (a compilation CD)

Didn't check out some stuff that I probably should have, but after last year, I wasn't going to buy if I couldn't listen first (plus, I'm pretty skint... got all my records for $75 all up) and I was there for three hours and got a bit tired.
