Vestex typhoon help

Recently I bought the new vestax typhoon system. Its pretty good but there are a few kinks I'm tryin to work out.

I'm running the system on a toshiba t135 with tractor pro LE

There is a slight delay is there a way to lessen this?

And sometimes when I'm playing randomly the sound goes to half speed and sounds blurred. To fix I have to click on audio setup then sample rate And click on it again to fix it. Gets annoying especially during a gig.

If anyone has ways to fix this would be much appreciated.

just had a quick look at a couple of other forums and looks like delay with the fader response is a common problem...
maybe e-mail vestax directly for a possible solution

Hmm, I had that same sample sound problem, I think I just put the Lactency (or whatever it's called) to max...never had the problem again!

Yeah I'll get onto that. Apparently Mac users don't have a delay problem. So why make a windows compatable system if it's not gonna work properly on there.

When you do that the delay is bigger. Fixes one but makes the other worse

yep - change latency settings on sound card and your sorted

When I change the latency/buffer size to make it smaller it freezes up the playing song when I move the jog wheel to line up the new track.
