Well the above link is to the noah page...it has extra stuff on the side if you wanna click and get a better idea.

BUT although ive searched and not found any australian prices.....I am seriously thinking of getting one.....its just what i believe i need:)

That with my Korg sampler...a new computer and a great software studio...and id be like a pig in mud:)

well i ended up owing money on tax...plus the 3000 to the gov.

Sooo ill be trying to hit my old man up hard for this...as christmas and my b'day are at the same time......ofcourse that depends on the price...but considering it was the Korg Karma which is like 4000 this shouldnt be anywhere near that tag:)

Ok well check it out and tell us what ya think:)

Cheers kirk.

I daresay it will be rather pricey...

just going on the cost of a creamware card...but as a luna2 owner I can tel you that a) creamware know hteir shit and b) they don't fuck around and c) they have a huge following in terms of really geeky musicians that program their own dsp effects/synths so that d) this thing will probably take off really quickly...

but then e) i don't know what i'm talking about..

;)

The very concept is great but i don't like the fact its only got a couple of shitty lcd's and knobs...it like needs a fucking CHUNKY colour vga lcd...and a stupid bank of knobs or something...

I think...and don't quote me but when talking to the Aus distributor of Creamware about 6 months back I asked the same question...how much...around $3000 probably.

Okay, I've got the projected prices for Noah......wait for it.....$4400 ouch..but it'll come with 11 differnt synths on board from analogue moddelling to string emulators, drum machines etc all running off 2 sharc DSP boards (which is heaps, twice the pulsar). It also apparently will have 24bit A/D converters so can be used as an audio interface for you DAW. pretty cool huh.

My motherboard blew about 2weeks ago so im sorry for the lack of reply:(

thats fairly pricey indeed....BUT IF i have the dosh then im gunna get it..cause it would be perfect for me.

Ok cheers.

well yeah 4400 is alot for a synth these days but then again not really considering yes, it has twice the dsp of the pulsar which goes for half that, and the noah comes with lots of funky shit.

Hmmm...

It would be a rather nice toy to have...

Yummy yum yum.... looks to shit all over most KB stuff out there...
now it just depends if the latency is good, what degree of multitimbrality is available and the sounds are up to scratch and you got yourself a DEAD SET winner here creamware.

If you add that modular synth thingy , it looks like nord might have to put a bit of effort to catch up here.

Yes the cream title is well deserved. hats off gentlemen.
and if it delivers all that it promises to, it is well worth the cash...

Consider what the alternative is
Computer+pulsar card +controller keyboard+ knob box= pretty much the equivalent price, but in a pc, and you know that those things ain't stable.
