Fallout 2 - Similar games..

Anyone played this??

I thought it was one of the most detailed RPG's I've ever played..

Can anyone recommend any games similar to it?? I've finally upgraded my computer after a few years.. so it's time to get a few new games for it.. and since the local video shop doesn't have any really good games.. I thought I might splash out and buy the origanal (something I haven't done for yeearrrss...)

Anyway.. I was after a game similar to Fallout 2.. something you can just keep on playing and playing and playing.. Good story-line, characters.. heaps of options etc..

i suspect you'll like Jagged Alliance 2 then. similar feel and gameplay mechanics to Fallout but less story driven. its a turn-based tactical/strategy game, heaps violent, very challenging and very deep.

you hire a bunch of mercs (each with their own stats, traits and personalities) to go kickass in the jungle against an evil empire thats ravaging the land.

There is always the original Fallout, plus there is Fallout Tactics. Which is less story driven, more action but still keeps all the RPG and strat. elements from FO2.
