Mixer cue abilities

Excuse me for not knowing the technical terms, but is there a facility of mixers to basically preview the mix? So you can have both channels playing together in the headphones, not one channel in each head phone. But the channels playing together in both headphones?

with dj mixers? yes.

you can select more then one channel simultaneously with every mixer. this has both playing at full volume. whether this signal is pre or post eq is dependant on the manufacturer.

some mixers also have what is called a headphone cue fader which is a small fader that allows you to control the mix between the cue (whatever you've selected) and the master. this is a really really nice feature :)
