View Full Version : Editorial: Clubbing food
Editorial by Technogeekery
I was talking to Mrs TG tonight about what to write for this editorial. It had to be dance related, interesting, and fresh - something that we hadn't discussed to death in the past. And when your past is as long as mine, that doesn't leave all that much.
"Food," she said. With Mrs TG, everything is food-related - and despite the unlikely concept, I realised that so were many of my favourite clubbing moments. Only last month a darling Chalk-ette pressed a chilled half-moon of honey melon into the ferocious gurn I was cultivating at the time. She was lucky not to lose a finger - but the sensation of cool, sweet melon juice sliding down my overheated, smoke-inflamed throat was just exquisite.
Then there was the Gatecrasher Ice-Cream incident, where I went in search of fresh fruit, and returned hours later, nursing a towering ice-cream in trembling hands, peering myopically with inflamed eyeballs through one-lensed sunglasses for my unaccountably missing friends. The time it took 20 minutes to work out how to combine the tea-bag, sugar packet and cardboard mug of boiling water they gave me at Maccas in the Cross into a tasty and re-hydrating drink. Giggling myself into hysterics watching my friend try to eat a breakfast muffin from same "food" emporium while exhibiting as much control over his mouth as a Tourette's sufferer.
Then there were the serious scientific breakthroughs, like realising that carbo-loading is not just for marathon runners. That pre-loading with bananas raises your blood potassium so you can dance all night without cramping. That too much food in advance neutralises your poisons of choice, and too little means you'll be pale & shaking at 5am.
So why not share your food anecdotes with us on ITM? What do you eat before a night out? Do you get the munchies in the middle of it all? Are you a trembling wreck the next day, and food your worst nightmare, or does a fry-up hit the spot? Go on, share, you could be in The Clubber's Cookbook!
I enjoy lots of spaghetti and water before a night out, but post partying, put food near me and it may not be pretty sight :-*

you're spot on about the carbo loading. I used to end up starving about 5:00 or so. But now after my pre event snooze, i get up and have a big bowl of pasta to get me through the night.
second food thought comes from melbourne godskitchen the other week where there was a hot food van right outside the entrance to the main arena. Never have i felt less like a fried sausage or donut.:-*
after a big night out, I always think im hungry so I end up spending a ridiculous amount on food... only to find out, I cant even take a single bite

The secret is to eat fruit or food you really like when your straight. One of my best ever memories was getting home early one night and baking an apricot pie (took friggen forever) but it was so worth it. I ate three quarters of it.
Bland food (like most premade food, sausages rolls etc) will be hard to eat as your sense of taste is hypersensative.
I'm getting hungry thinking of apricot pie now.

Couldnt agree more about the hypersensative taste syndrome, and I also spend all my money on food thinking I am hungry but then only taking a bite out.
I recon Pea crisps ( from health food shop ) are a good buy, they are easy to digest and taste pretty good and are unbelievably healthy... how can healthy food taste so good?? eeerrrr..... what a cliche. ;D
after a big night out.. its either
a) nothing
b) one piece of dry toast
c) a massive greasy breakfast

After a gurn fest it's requisite to eat a big veggie stir fry.....
tastes sensaaaaaaaaaational and puts back all of those vities and minerals that you sweated out the night before,
But if I just can't face food, I force down as many bananas as possible... mushy, so they don't hurt my shredded mouth and post three packs of ciggies throat!
tea and spliff, tea and spliff tea and spliff also helps!

Canned pears are the best day-after food ever. I swear by them.
Also, heavily buttered toast with no crusts (crusts just make the task of eating so much more difficult to endure), and a bit later on in the day, cheese pizza from Pizza Hut.

Nice editorial Mr Technogeekery.
I have to say that I always try and eat some Latina Pasta prior to a night out. It's filling without being over heavy and the carbs help with all night energy.
In the morning though I cannot face food. Every time I try and put food in my mouth the inside of my mouth swells up making it very uncomfortable to eat.
I tend to stick with Strawberry Milkshakes for Calcium and sore throats or cups of tea.
Spliffs help the recovery, but I hardly class that as food!

heapsa carbs for me the morn after a nite out
coz i drink too much
:p
before going out lots of pasta and the day before at least 2 or 3 bananas. Once there all I want is chuppa chups and skittles - i LOVE skittles - and I only discovered last weekend how good mr whippy is while on a gurn - amazing :-*
Once I'm but I can only handle a banana and a milo and that is about it untill the afternoon comes around.

I'm usuallly on a diet of water, cordial, candy, occasionally fruit, apple & blackcurrent juice and strawberry milk up until around 6pm the next day.
Oh and I have a nice little tradition of getting Slurpies after a big night and just guzzling them down, speshally when still peaking is a must, it's to die for!
Also have a really big thing about munching on ice when peaking too, but be warned cos it's extremely addictive!
Anything else whilst off chops/coming down is a big big no-no! :-* :-*

If its a big event and I am excited, I get a huge dose of Saturday Night Fever and can't eat for the day before the event ....
then food is no where near my thoughts for the night out or the day after ....
maybe the evening after I can eat and for some strange reason I always want good quality chinese take away .... have no idea why!

i usually try and force myself to eat onsunday, if i hadn't eaten dinner on sat nite.

Hmm... I was thinking more along the lines of a quality Pho in the Marrickville district pre-Mad Racket.
Always a good excuse for me to go out that way and eat the tasty dishes at such a low cost.

I once existed for three days solely on canned soup, these days I enjoy a post party late lunch of fresh salad and fruit juice / beer!
Mmmmmm pho.
Its good pre-club, but pho comes into its own as a day-after food.
Those soft slippery noodles, with the melting tender meat, the interesting textural crunch of the bean sprouts and just enough chilli to revive those poor battered tastebuds.
Hi, my names Feebs, and I'm a pho addict...
A couple of weeks a go we had a sunday soiree at my place. With two chefs as friends we had a huge cook up with all the trimmings of a great Aussie barbie. We were halfway thru prep when other friends who had been out on an all night bender dropped in and inspired us to indulge...we popped a cheeky half (chopped up on the cutting board, next to the onions) and proceed to sit down to our feast. Only half way thru the meal and mid mouthful, we all came on at the same time...it was hysterical.....try to swallow a chunk of potato and a lump of meat that is jammed into the side of your mouth when you have a grin from ear to ear and the salad looks just sooooo beautiful....and the BBQ prawns look like charred aliens....
Twas fun but not recommended....
I remember frozen grapes at 'Kooky'....erotic!

OK, everyone seems to be up with the carbohydrate pre-loading but what about us people who are on carb-controlled diets?? I used to eat pasta before a night out (and ended up energised but BLOATED for the whole night) but since giving up carbohydrates (they'll kill you man), I haven't known what to eat the night before to keep energy up. Any suggestions??
As for post-party food, a friend of mine did some research and found out that Marmite helps with 5-htp replacement (vital for getting those seratonin thingies back into their rightful place in the brain - makes for flatness-free Tuesday). It tastes disgusting and eating toast feels like trying to swallow a roll of toilet paper but it's good for you - so I do it!!
And ice cold water. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

After pouring water down my throat all night whilst dancing & smoking many cigarettes, the only thing I can handle sliding down is gelato or Orange Powerade. Food doesn't even enter my mind until mid morning after the throat has cooled down.

Hehehe - Nicely done TG. That ice-cream moment brings back fond memories of GCSSS last year...
On that very same day I was forced to act in a manner most inappropriate food-wise for a dance party.
By about the 13th hour at GCSSS my stomach was feeling twisted and acidic and harming my enjoyment of the day.
I knew I had to get something in it and the least horrific food option was to force half a hotdog down my throat.
It was like trying to eat dry Weet-Bix but it made me feel sooo much better afterwards.
I always try to have a rice or pasta meal around 6:00pm before going out as that seems to provide a good balance of energy stores without bloating your belly and making you nauseous later on.
The day after I find the sooner you can get food into your stomach the quicker you recover. I have a friend that doesn't eat for a couple of days after she goes out and always has the worst comedowns I have ever seen.

i usually eat a fairly big pasta or rice meal around 6ish so as to get it mostly digested before heading out, but one thing i allways stick to and allways helps is a shiteload of banannas throughout the week beforehand, and a few days after. banannas have a fair amount of 5htp in them which is what your brain turns into serotonin, which you can buy as a supplement in the US and does wonders for your peaks and comedowns, but banannas also have a lot of vitamins and de-cramping gear same as pasta. it allways makes me feel a lot better the days after than when i didnt. its probably a bit of placebo effect, but if it works it works :)
and a nice big powerade of your favorite flavor allways goes down nice and tasty like just as your nodding off after the most important post clubbing dietary requirement - the biggest spliff anyone there can manage to roll :offchops:

OK - I have a bit of a thing about protein. You need it to help with getting the old serotonin back in action.... Now the most complete source of protein is egg white. Therefore, I have been known to, on a number of occasions, scull two egg whites before hitting the town…. Now that is dedication to the cause!

the key is to have a decent late-ish lunch and then just a little snack eg a piece of pizza just b4 u head out........when we get home my bf and i always have a huge glass of milk with sustagen each, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!and the BEST food for the day after is porridge with lots of honey and icecream on top!!sounds pretty revolting and looks pretty revolting but it does the trick..very easy to eat too :P

?? I used to eat pasta before a night out (and ended up energised but BLOATED for the whole night)
Misschryss, I know what you mean. Pasta is one of my favourite foods but I end up looking like I'm pregnant for the whole day after eating it. It is yum b4 a nite out tho.
I wonder if n e 1 else has discovered how good Chico's are...
Generally I can't eat whilst out or for the whole day after but if I start to get Rumblies in my Tumblies (winnie the pooh) Chico's go down awesomly. Chewy as well as something in your stomach!
;)
Two weeks ago i drank 2L of vegetable juice after reading the back, i was convinced i was super healthy and i was replacing vitamins after losing braincells! Tinned peaches are good or any form of fruit/fruitjuice.
I always think, "hey i better eat" so we go somewhere greasy like McDonalds and i end up chucking food, nugget by nugget at the back of my friends head laughing histerically. I find it funnier that i actually think i can stomach McDonalds.
I never used to eat before i went out because i never had the time, but now i make the time so i dont get stomach cramps the next day because i know i'll be food free for at least 3 days and that always makes you feel worse. Also swallowing a few multi-vitamins helps as well, then a good amount of sleep! If you take care of yourself before and after big nights out then you will never experience those "Tuesdays". 8-)
If I have a big weekend ahead I usual eat between 3-5 bananas, The morning before I go out I eat toast and youghurt sometimes I eat lunch depending on what I have to do, but I rarely eat dinner the night I go out I'm just too excited or nervous not too sure which feeling it is........:?
i cant believe everyone puts so much thought into what they eat b4 going out! and i put so little! all i do is make sure that my last meal is about an hr b4....yeah :p
remembering one long weekend i arrived at SOS,got into it straight away, then realised i was hungry, went to Hungry Jacks and had a whopper with cheese
and i was actually ok! we went to Soho (when it was Soho) and i remember sitting upstairs, talking to a spunky boy, totally smacked out (twas a good excuse to be talking to said spunk..."please take care of me?" hehehe)
finally found the will to stand and we found my friend dancing on a couch,i jumped up and started dancing, then was hit with a big :-* wave...ran to the loos and threw up
came back out and spunky boy laughed at me and said "whopper,ay?" to which i replied "with cheese"
so it probably didnt have anything to do with the food, but the whopper still became a major part of the story

I make a HUGE banana smoothie before and after a nite out. Full of all the good things.
1-2 bananas - potassium, vitamins
tablespoon yogurt - calcium, restores tummy
teaspoon honey - antiseptic properties
tablespoon wheatgerm - this is really good for you, but i forgot what it does... I think it's good for your skin?
1.5 cups of skinny milk - calcium, protein
few ice cubes - ermm... icy goodness?!
whizz it all up and you got a drinkable meal instantly. I get the worst jaw aches/shakes and this means eating without pain...
And some multivitamins, green tea and spliff to chase it down with. If you cant possibly stomach anything, green tea acts as an anti-oxidant and cleanses your system of all the nasties aquired the night before...

I'll usually eat a really decent meal early before I go out.. must have loads of veges in it too... That's the easy bit..
Next day, apart from my throught being the diameter of a 20c peice I usally try to get some solid food into me before 12 noon.. It hurts and is usually disgusting but once down it keeps me happy for the rest of the day, otherwise I'll just curl up n feel bad..
One thing that always works for me is Yogurt, lots of cool soft yogurt.. It's like food and the anti oxidents and happy bacterias make my belly smile :)

I don't usually worry too much about what I eat before going out, except that I try to keep it light (Oporto chicken burgers seem to be a common one for me lately) and make sure I've eaten by 8-9pm so its well on its way to being digested by the time I drop. That's important for me as I almost always take a LONG time to come up, if I've recently eaten it can take me up to two hours.
I never get all that nauseous so eating greasies doesn't make me chuck or anything, I've done Bumba's Hungry Jack's routine before with no ill effects. Once I'm off chops though I can't eat a thing. Once I start to come down I'll often go for some icecream or a fruit smoothie (love the berry ones) I also like chocolate. The next day generally I don't want to eat for most of the day as I can't stand chewing solids, so I always have a can of Campbell's pea and ham soup. I usiually chuck some sliced leek and chopped potato and ham into it to give it a bit more substance, its easy to get down as theres nothing really to chew and it's liquid so it helps with rehydration.

I really don't put any thought into it. Usually if i induldge on the weekends, i rule food out for the entire weekend. I have no desire to eat and if i do its usually just before going to bed on a sunday.
I find when I eat a huge meal before I go dancing, I actually feel weighed down and heavy. Towards the end of the night my exercised body usually craves something greasy like Maccas which I try my best not to succumb to. A friend of mine perfers to drink grapefruit juice after a night out clubbing, he says its good for you, I couldn't think of a drink more gross at the best of times. Eating watermelon the next morning is great. :)

Im a bit of a dickhead when it comes to this topic, cause alot of people flame me for doing this, but it's just the way i am!
If i know im going out, i don't each much through the day.... i might eat a normal lunch etc, but will refuse dinner! I think i get to anxious to eat!
Say i stop eating substances around 10am the next day (Saturday), i won't be fed until bright and early sunday morning and generally i am eating like a pig all sunday and night! That's pretty much my general pattern! I can't help it... it's not that im not hungry, my stomach is crying out for food, but i just can't get it in my damn mouth due to mud mouth/pill mouth and whatever else! :p ;)

all these posts take me back to when i first started clubbing and used to have quite full on w/ends
wouldn't eat at all on friday before going out............maybe just have a light b/fast.............would finally ingest my last chems sometime Sunday..........would eat Tuesday morning and drink lots and lots of Fanta on Monday to get me through work
Nowadays its nothing like that...........alas
i'm a well behaved lil girl - still don't like to have a large dinner before going out but can generally eat by lunchtime the next day - I don't like to sleep during the day so I'll usually have a light lunch around 2pm and then be in bed by 8pm.
Damn i'm so responsible now................and broke

generally i just eat as i normally would the day that i'm going out...the morning after i usualy try to find somewhere that i can get a fresh carrot, apple, beetroot and ginger juice. i can't nomally handle solids that well so the juice is perfect, plus the combo is a really good liver cleanser. ;D
Can't say I've ever given this much thought.... but it's all starting to make sense now!
Protein's pretty import the day of the big night... your poor muscles sure as hell need the help! Sunday I usually have to force down a salad sanga at my bf's parents for lunch, all the while pretending to be hungover & dying for food to explain the late night.
Though it seems like I'd rather die of starvation than force something down my gob, half an hour later I magically feel better, then normally pass out.
And nothing beats a Callipo for a sugar hit & to soothe the mouth.:-*
I find a big can of whipped cream (minus the cream) is a sensational delight while peaking.
Chocolate milk-the day before, during, after but mainly after.
Chocolate moove is the original and still the best, but oak will do-the 'malt and honey' original bottles are wacky but tasty too
Choc Milk has a similar effect as banans-plus all that silky chocolate goodness.
A dual role is that it seems to make you feel full when you think you are really hungry but really arent :P
As a sideshow my favourite 'weird clubbing item' is strawberry flavoured lip gloss-your lips are kept moist,it tastes great and it feels oddly amazing.the red blistex in the tube or the red chapstick are my faves-stay away from the plain blistex in the jar-lip numbness is bad.
Its strange, but i love it like icecream

Usually on a Saturday I wait until lunch to eat a salad (after the gym) and eat again at about 6 with a plate of vegies and tuna or chicken. It has become pretty routine for the weekend.
Sundays are the usual 'catch up on food days'. Tend to eat thai or noodle soup plus anything else that comes with it. I wake up vamished by lunchtime and find it such a mission to get anywhere to eat. Once the food is in, I get this spurt of energy again and feel mcuh better!!!
Don't get me started on food - i eat and i eat and i eat - regardless of the time of day, month, my intoxication or whatever. Luckily i have a fairly good metabolism and i stay relatively thin (judging by my diet) - but lately i'm starting to worry, the old metabolism isn't as reliable as it used to be!
Must admit i was really pleased with Get Funked when i heard they were serving fresh fruit - definitely motivation to head out on a week night (see what food does to me?!?!).
And now i hear of Icey Poles at Sweetchilli!?!?! - what am i missing out on!

4 weeks before the event protein diet to maintain the ripped/lean physique.
the day of the dance party, carb up big time all day - bread, pasta (no rice it bloats) bananas, until 7pm - last food consumed some sugary stuff protein shake with banana/strawb and carob and almond croissants at 9pm, it's all cool because it will be burnt off!
Throughout the night plenty of water/red cordial.
Before recovery protein shake with water, because your body will be in starvation mode and just something to line the stomach.
After recovery 4pm - gatorade and plenty of water to flush yoruself out and rehydrate
Dinner 7pm tuna, tofu, potatoes (boiled til soft) or rolled oats plus another protein shake as it is easy to consume and to combat scattiness the next day as protein is food for the brain/muscles and carbs as recovery food as well.
Force yourself the next day - or you'll be paying for it Monday morning at work. Make sure that you stop the red cordial consumption say Sunday 12pm or you will also suffer a sugar low plus everything else on the Monday.

Your body cant process the egg whites unless you cook them, you need an egg white omlet to get all the protein out of them
I usualyl have a decent lunch before goign out all night and try and get a snooze in the arvo.

Pretty much all been said but I'm a big fan of the healthy banana smoothie (Sabishii's ingredients).
A few weetbix with warm milk and sugar goes well also. This has to be forced down quickly though otherwise it becomes revolting and impossible to digest.
I find if I roll a big spliff or pack a huge cone and leave it sitting in front of me as inspiration/reward I have no probs getting it down. Like djsimonmann said, if you don't eat you feel bad.
I have also found that since I stopped smoking filthy ciggies food is much easier to eat the morning after.

For the last 8 years ive had an issue with textures after a big night out ( stone, i can hear you laughing so quit it :P ) I just couldnt cope with anything in my mouth besides, traditional creamy soda, starburst jellie babies, coffee and beer... very very weird but it felt like razor blades inside my mouth if i tried. One day a few months back after a massive weekend i came home to find my flatmates eating ice cream and i really really really wanted some, so i talked myself into it.. and it was ok... Now i can handle food, very small amounts and only a good 8 hours after ive come down, and i still have to talk myself into it, but its a big improvement on not being able to eat anything for about 24 hours after a night out..

...I don't pay much attention to my diet, and therefore don't really care what I eat before a night out. The day after I might eat something healthy to try make up for lost vitamins/nutrients, usually eat whatever I feel like at the time...
...whilst gurning...fresh melons are delish...mmm...
issue with textures, intolerance to solid food, things impossible to digest, soft food, eating mashed potato, canned pears, loads of fibre to keep you regular - i think some of you will adjust well to old age..
but i say get on a drip and bypass stomach issues all together.. that would be sik!
I have found that a nice dinner consisting of steak and pasta is good before going out.
Mr Kermee and I have got it down pat for the morning after (when we were still in Sydney this is... it is just isnt the same in London). On the walk home from the train station we would pick up some fresh soft bread rolls from the bakery and go home and prepare ham and cheese sandwiches and have some sprite. Then sit around for an hour or two then go to bed for a few hours. Get up and have the rest of the bread rolls and go out and have a good day! :) Easy!

After my Sat night this weekend, I had some hot cinamin donuts, they went down quite well.
Then I had some yoghurt to go and later on some muffins with cheese and tomato.
I can't believe I could eat so much!
Nothing too heavy the night before. Pasta would be handy if it didn't make you feel ill for the rest of the night.
I DON'T recommend hotdogs :-* Which was a bad decision before Steve Lawler. ergh
The day after: Fruit is always the safest bet for me, especially now summer fruits are out :D Strawberries, nectarines and mangoes :)
Canned soup has also been my saviour many a time.

Paddy aka the gurning chef's favourite recipe's!
Luvley Jubbly
WINDUP
The anticipation, the smell in the air thats what makes this a really great recipe. Combined with the right beverages, a good choice of music this can almost make a dinner party!
Ingredients
1. healthy lunch involving carbos, protien and fibre.
2. 3-4 beers (or alcoholic beverage of choice)
3. 1 after lunch bifta
4. 5HTP, DLPA & Magnesium all to be taken before food.
Method
Combine all ingredients in numerically sequential order ingredients 2-3 optional.
THE MAIN EVENT
This is a little treat I really enjoy sharing with friends, I find that it goes really really well with a nice warm summers evening or a lovely summers day, this doesnt mean that you should avoid it all winter though!!
Ingredients
1. Fluids pref alcoholic until bar is shut then water, not to much though as bloating can occur
2. Chewing gum - not recommended as it tends to trick the mind into thinking that chewing your inner mouth to pieces is appropriate, nevertheless following step 4 of the prior recipe should have rendered the chewing null n void anyhow.
3. Gurn - not sure of the legalities of this so ill avoid it
4. Tunes - Music should be a priority of this part of the party so really make sure you are selecting something that you like to listen too.
Method
This is a really organic recipe. SLAP it all together and bang it down in front of them. Make them eat it with their fingers.
WIND DOWN
Ingredients
1. Comfortable environment. do not make first time diners sit with retards babbling and writing things in notebooks because they feel prophetic
1 1/2. Couches, beanbags spa's.
2. Jenga - A Funtastic game that involves both mental and physical prowess, also a steady hand.
3. Biftas' - Roll trumpets.
4. Fluids - Bloody marys go down a treat. Vitamins and alcohol what more could you ask for?
5. Vitamins - a quick trip to the local markets and some fresh fruit to be stuck into the badass juicer to create watermelon slushies.
6. Music - depending on the mood and how the main course went music is a passive thing, go with the mood.
Method
Now this recipe can be a little tricky! Take heed of your guests watch their moods (or nervous ticks) and decide on the concentration of all ingredients.
I like to ply my guests with biftas to reduce them to nothing more than a giggling mess then begin the entertainmet with jenga being one of my favourites. but as far as food goes I think we would all agree that a little bit of of vodka in any food really does help!
I hope this helps all punters wide and far looking for guidance in the way of the Gurn.
Funk to you

Before I go out I try and eat a decent dinner - pasta and vegies and such.
Then, when I'm out, if I'm not on anything, and just drinking or not even drinking, I tend to get chocolate cravings in the early a.m. At the moment, my favourite is Twix. Yum.
I remember one time it was coming up to 6am out clubbing, and of all the crazy things, I had really bad crazings for fried eggs. :)

Pre party food is usually something with lots of vegies and some carbo's. Stirfry with rice or pasta... not a huge meal but something that will give me energy through the night.
I usually don't add salt to my food but I always do on the pre-party meal to help to avoid cramps. I forgot to do this for GCSSS last year and ended up with a cramp and seeking salty food. Grabbed some salt & vinegar chips and ate 2 before realising that it simply could not be done and tried to give them away to anyone, only getting strange looks. Threw them away, grabbed a salt portion and washed that down with some water. Not exactly a nice thing to do but the cramps disappeared in 10 minutes and I was up and dancing again.
Banana's are good, I have one a day usually anyway, but I also pack them in the car when I head out and munch on one on the way to recovery.
Day after I usually eat at mid-afternoon, just some steamed vegies usually cos they melt in your mouth.

tea. maybe with milk if i'm feeling adventurous. i have enough trouble with this, so the idea of solid food fills me with horror.
i try to eat a wel rounded meal in the day... just right just grains.. and then some steak and veges with vienna slices with soy butter..
then the morning after.. strawberries, rasberries with a can of lite cream.. maybe if i am feeling like a little extra.. i will have some peters vanilla ice cream with strawberry swirls.. including the fruit...throwing in some chocolate flakes..
otherwise when its a full moon.. just give me some toast and that will be hard to swallow but it will stop the hunger..
though baco and eggs and grilledtomatoes would be fab if i had the energy)

Nice Editorial.
I totally agree on the grapefuit juice, and any other juice for that matter...
How good is Cranberry juice. The subtle bitterness infused by the full sweet taste.....mmmmmm.

Mmmmm Cranberry juice. Damn good stuff. Juice rocks in general, some other favourites; Grapefruit or fresh OJ (for hangovers), Berry smoothies (during comedowns), Campbells V8 (hangovers or comedowns), Guava nectar
How good would it be if the clubs sold icy pops!?;D
I know I would pay big money for one at about 3 in the morn!
