Clubbing in Perth

Looking to head over for a months holiday round march, was after a few pointers on clubs playing house on a funky/disco tip and or deep house stuff? Any suggestions would be great.

For a good night of deep house go to the Spirit Soundbar on Murray Street in the city - only open until one but gets busy after work on a Friday. From there kick on to Geisha on Fri/Sat - tough door policy but get there before midnight for guaranteed entry. Don't forget to check out Phillimore's in Fremantle for the Sunday session from about pm'ish - have a boogie in the courtyard.. it's wicked!

Not much has changed in Perth with the clubbing, but atmosphere has changed a bit.

Phillis in Freo is awsome. Havent been there in a while but it is good However I did read somewhere that it may be closing down, but this may have changed. I may go there tonight afteer work... only walking distance you know.

Is spirits still open on wednesdays???? That is what is lacking in Perth now, a good beats place for a drink in the middle of the weeks... I remember the times at the Leederville... Wedenesday nights....precedded by early drinks at spirits. But not any more.

I went to steves on wednesday night, about 10. A line out both enterances a per usual. I was in the line near the river. I was in the line for nearly 10 mins, and the bouncer was telling us there was TWO lines... a males and a female line.


And Guess which line was moving relativley quick.............
