Best clubs in Adelaide

Hi there everyone, I have just registered on this site. I am from England and I am planning a trip to Australia at the end of the year. I was wondering if you guys could recommend any good clubs to visit in Adelaide? I like hard house/hard trance and tribal underground stuff. All suggestions are welcome and if you could supply me with websites, that would be grest so that I could check to see who's playing and when.

Rush nightclub -look on www.system6.doof.org for information about events at rush.
Rise(disco nightclub)This is another good nightclub in Adelaide ,after 6am is the best time to get there i reakon ,so after u have been to rush got to rise :)...
Thats all i can give you cause thats all i really like here in Adelaide.Raves and other events are also good,so hopefully when you come to Adelaide there is something good on..hope that helps you ,and trust me you will love rush..

Hey if your coming to the City of Churches and you like hard house - RUSH is the club for you. Hard house and drum and bass every week. Weekly events and a hard house rave monthly. I hope we see you down here!!
Its probably the only club to play nice hard house. Heaven and the Planet play mostly girlie house. I could guarentee RUSH to be better...

Hard House is becoming huge in Adelaide at the moment!!
We like it hard and fast......So if you like it bouncy....you'll probably be disappointed.

Rush is the on the money for a weekly event......It's been going nuts every weekend for a while now....however, if you time it right you may be able to catch a System 6 party. They happen monthly and have really started to get a following. The last one had an all Aussie line up and still sold out, with a couple hundred turned away at the door. Next Month we have Karim gracing our decks and more often than not there is an international on the bill. Even if there isn't the local DJs are the bomb anyway. Personally I think that we show up some of the visiting DJs!!

also IMHO you might want to bypass RISE. I find it a bit seedy.....but then again most recovery clubs are.....

We also have a few other nights starting up.....

Hive @ Aquarium on Thursdays
Chemistry @ Heaven on Thursdays(cheese early but banging at the end)

Anyway...if it's Hard House and it's on in Adelaide it will be advertised on www.system6.doof.org . Check out the forums, they are very active these days...sometimes 40-50 posts a day.

There are quite a few good clubs in Adelaide worth a visit. Hope this info will help you enjoy your visit.
Cargo - (wed is great, but not your hard house hi nrg etc.)
Soda Room
Vague (at St Pauls) - sun night from midnight, it roks, www.totalkaos.com.au
Rush - (definatley your hard house, hi nrg, D&B club) www.system6.doof.org
Supermild - nice and relaxed, funky
Rise(disco nightclub) - recovery club
Minke Bar - different nights different styles but worth a look

Well it is good to see things have changed in Adelaide...this will mean when i now come to visit I won't just have to hang with my cousins at the elephant and wheelbarrow or whatever it is called and look like an outta place sydneysider...
Yeah for Adelaide...no longer known to me as the city of churches...
