a friend told me the more cooked you ask your steak for, the crappier the steak meat they give you.

As others have said, cooking steak (or lamb, fish or venison) any more than medium rare (it HAS to be pink and juicy at the very least, I prefer seared and blue) is criminal. Go and eat a fucking hamburger patty or something if you like it well done. If I owned a restraunt that sold steak I would state on the menu that steak would NOT be cooked further than medium rare and to order something else if they couldn't handle steak the way it's meant to be cooked.

Steak Sandwich mmmmm yummy!! :D

Ingrediants:
1 slice minute steak
2 slices of bread
1 onion
4 cheese slices

Pour some oil in a frying pan, turn up the heat. Chop and onion in half, cut the half into slices. Put slices in now hot oil. Meanwhile get two slices of bread and 4 cheese slices. When onions start tuning brown, place then to the side of frying pan and lob in your piece of minute steak. Put bread in toaster. Turn over steak. Take toast and place 2 cheese slices on either piece. Put them in microwave for 1 min. When done place steak on one of the peices of cheese on toast. Scrape onions on top. Place over slice of toast on top and hey presto!!!!! and don't ruin it by putting sauce on it. Enjoy ;)
