What do you think of the new trend in dance music to portray not being jaded as being cool and with it?

What do you think of the associated feeling that listening to shit music is cool because apparantly it means you are open minded not that you have the musical taste of a brain-dead gnat?

I think it comes down to people getting complexed because they hear / read that what the like is "rubbish".
so they defend their position in what ever way they can.

if someone was to say crossroads was a great film,
would people say they have great taste in film?

film and music can be art, it can also be junk food fed to the masses. :)
