If you're a fan of the ol' pizzeroo...New York Slice would be my suggestion.

There are a number of great places to eat in the Valley/New Farm area - see this thread... (http://www.inthemix.com.au/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=59790)

PS - unless you want little bits of green scourer in your pizza then I suggest you steer clear of New York Slice :-*

I heard someone tried to burn down new york pizza the other day. Some people i know clean the joint and were called in the scrub all the black scorch marks off the walls for hours which the police arson team searched around. haha. Interesting

Not long after it opened.. I should have been suss when I saw they were giving out 2-for-1 slices.

I rate the kebab shop next door as being more hygenic :meh:

Method.. if you still in Brisvegas during the morning.. I would suggest you go to Fatboys for brekky (in valley mall just down from RG's) Tis yummo!!! :-D

but if your not a customer of central brunswick then dont park there.. or you could have your car towed.. BASTARDS!!! sorry.. personal vent

I find that FastaPasta is a pretty quality, low price meal no matter which one you go too. But is there one in the Valley?? I know there is in the City...

in the valley:

if you want a really nice place with gourmet food then try Isis on brunswick st or the Telegraph at GPO (ann st.).

best indian, go down to james st. for sitar.

if you want cheap and good asian food then goto chinatown, for example the vietnamese.

giardinettos with perfect italian food on brunswick st. it also a very good option. not too expensive either.

for breakfast i would either go to fat-rics (mall) for a 4 dollar breakfast or main squeeze (brunswick st.) where they have yummy food and even better juices.

oh, and new york pizza is good too. i usually go there for a slize or two at lunch. never been there at night.

most of these places are either opposite or just around the corner from the empire.

no fastaPasta in the valley.

the food is ok and with good prices. didn't really like the place that much though. I would rather go to a proper italian restaurant.
