I bringing this up because I am probably one of the majority of people who doesn't eat a thing after a massive night out. Though I do have friends who can eat whilst still gurning!!! The worst thing I saw was my mate eating a packet of short bread biscuits!!! To this day i haven't looked at him in a normal way since!!.
Any other people out there who can eat food and if so what it is it!!??
yuk:tripping: :tripping:
Weet-Bix always go down easy after a big weekend
nah it takes me a while to want to eat again, i like soft stuff like yoghurt, or cold fruit like watermelon yummm.
but when i get my appetite back i feel like something nice like thai, or vietnamese or something, and i like eating some red meat, or pasta just feels like its gives you a bit of energy back.

I forced food down myself once before hitting the club because I hadn't ate all day and I knew that I'd probably go "under". It took be about an hour to eat a pack of Twisties.

Fruit salad is my absolute favourite - either that or any kind of salad to give you some nutrients :)
If you can't eat, try low-fat yoghurt or a milk drink of some sort to give your body some calcium and a little nourishment.

depending on the time you are thinking of eating, if about 7, bakery is the place to go I think.
Bakery.

Depending on how long I've been out (and without food) and whether I'm intending to continue on or not...
While gurning hard, fruit only. My best friend and I usually share a Whopper Junior before heading out into our second night in a row (lots 'o' salt and not at all dry). Generally I find I have to force myself to eat while I'm on a bender, tho.
If I find myself in a social-eating scenario while off chops, Caesar salad or nachos always seem to go down alright. I try to avoid anything too high in carbs (eg pasta) until I'm ready to call it quits 'cause I find it makes me sleepy.
cooked supermarket chicken with lots of stuffing and mayo in a soft roll
or
chicken and corn soup from the chinese takeaway

Is there anyone in Sydney who does that sort of delivery?? Its a goodway of not seeing daylight trying to creep in if you need to go the shops.
I'm absolute pig after a big night!!!!! I have no problem eating afterwards I can stomach anything...my friends stare at me in bewilderment that the first thing on my mind when I walk out of club is food. My options are usually toast with cottage cheese, Thai (preferably chicken & cashew) or pizza. Also I'm big fan of ice cream...my friend & I can easily go through a litre with room to spare for more food.
However when I was younger I would go through the whole of Sunday just smoking & drinking with food being the last thing on my mind. Not sure what happened though???
If i'm listening to my body, I shouldn't eat after a huge night. I'm not hungry, and its sooo hard to chew down food
BUT!
I find if I force a kebab, or a burger, or even that dodgy chinese place next door to Plastic down my throat, I feel 110% better the next day.
Fruit Salad is also da bomb, but you can't beat greasy food

Have to disagree there, makes my gurn mouth feel worse soft drinks do :-* :-*
Anything that has plenty of flavour and is not sweet. I can't handle too much sugar after gurning.
I cant eat anything for a while and i definately cant drink water the next day - it just tastes weird.

That's one of the main things you should always force down especially after going out large

couple of 24 hour bakeries a hop skip and a jump from my fave club, sometimes a hankerin for a sauage roll or a savoury scroll or even just a famers union iced coffee can be just the ticket.
Every sunday for the last 10 years I have put my tastebuds through a mexican stand-off with various unpalatable foodstuffs. But I have finally discovered THE ULTIMATE COME DOWN FOOD.
Simply get your still-frothing chops around a large sushi roll from Sushi King in Broadway shopping centre, Sydney. I find the avocado ones to be the least upsetting. Not only are they cold and clean tasting, they are also low in fat and filling! There is surely no greater gurnfood!
I like to follow these with some slices of watermelon!!!! Ooooh yeah baby!

Yuck - i can't believe what you people are saying!!! Especially the person who mentioned about the kebab with extra mayonaise and sour creme :-*
my fav is definatley pizza the next night, and nothing settles my tummy the next day more than ice cream. i find if i don't make myself eat something the next day i feel really sick and uneasy and weak when i get up the next day.
used to belt myself and not eat for days, just live on alcohol and ciggies all weekend, can't imagine anything worse than that now... so bad for your body

2 years ago after NYE i got home at about lunchtime and found half a roast chicken and 3 huge roast potatoes on a plate for me
:-* :-* :-* and I had to eat it too, just to smooth over any clues about what i'd been doing the night before.
i can't stomach anything milky during or after a big night especially creamy chuppa chups :-*
yum cha!
its perfect for when you can't think... no difficult choices to make, just order everything that trundles past.... plus they serve beer at 10am, can't go wrong with that really.

Having a Choc Paddle Pop after clubbing is one of those seemingly wrong things that are just so immensely right. Learning this is an epiphany that everyone deserves to have, check it out. Even if you're not a Paddle Pop fan by light of day, and even if your stomach says no-go, try it. Strange but true.

I waay prefer the Candy Warhols, but usually my diet after a big night out starts with a coffee and or tea, then proceeds to the goon, cheese pizza with extra cheese, maccas, some fruit, more goon, followed by some either beer, or goon.
Icecream rules, as do potato gems, not cooked too long. That Velish soup is also good, as is my mums soup. Soup in general.
At the BDO last year I had a fuckin hardcore headache which I found was caused by me not eating for the last ages, ate some shithouse BDO nachos and cured me right away. Was fuckin hard to get down tho.

Campbell's pea and ham soup (bulked up with some leek, potato and ham-off the bone pieces)
cold fruit smoothies
Campbell's V8 or V-plenish
nothing dry that involves chewing or swallowing.
Mashed banana, tomato soup, orange juice, a cup of tea ---> and can always make room for oporto later on in the evening after!
Bananas.
I once absentmindedly ate 8 in a hour whilst scatter-walking.

Usually cant eat straight away after a huge one, need a smoke to bring me on again, then I get cravings for healthy, fresh food...... Yoghurts, smoothies, fruit salads, milk.........graze on these throughout a recovery with plenty of water to boot........by dinnertime, usually craving spice and taste.........Indian, Thai, along those lines........cannot stomach shit like Maccas, Kebabs etc.....that is sotmach retching material to me..........:-* .....
But I am partial to lollypops when sitting around gurning and smoking and our verbal diarrhea........;D
