A 303-inspired tribute to all my fellow R.O.T.'ers (Ravers Over Thirty)...yeah I know!...Sad (esp since most of us are chasing R.O.F)
The last of a set of 6 tracks from the back end of 2003.
Thanks for all for the reviews on other tracks...Sound advice (sic) I hope to put that all into effect for the next series of tunes - a Deep tribal house collection.
Here's the last from 2003:

f..k it - am listening to it now on my $5 earphones at uni (ill do anything to put off working on my assignment :))
I should probably wait till i hear it properly to comment, but youve waited long enuf....!
VERY cool so far - a wide variety of sounds, they all seem to go well together. I really like the voice sample. The main synth thingy every off beat is changing constantly, sounds v cool.
am at the breakdown around the 8 minute mark now - very cool and jazzy.
its quite rare that I enjoy 4 to tha floor based stuff, but this sounds great right off the bat.
sorry, I cant really come up with any ideas or improvements, but i guess thats a good thing. Obviously, Im not gunna comment on the engineering side of things until i hear it properly. An 8 1/2 outta 10 AT LEAST (IMHO).

It's fucking long! A 10 minute review track is pushing the friendship a bit..... ;)
Nice intro. Delayed gibberish is always a good way to start a track.
I'm having issues with how the kick keeps dropping away.
Funky ppl sample is cool, but I especially like the way the bassline mirrors it REALLY well.
There's a lot of chop n change with this. it's not necesarily a bad thing here though as it does retain a constant feel.
Instruments are introduced well.
errg.... that offbeat synth at 3:40ish just turned my off a bit.
Ok, it's getting quite melodic and going in a direction i'm not overly fond of here but the instrumentation is good (apart from that cheesy synth).
Pretty good sound overall. A bit trancey, kinda proggy, not at all technoey.

Love the atmospherics and your sample/fx work is great.
The bass is nice and dirty and squelchy the way i like it. I would fx the vox sample of funky ppl a bit more, its a touch too present, maybe delay or verb....
Your production and eng is really good ;)
Not sure i like the brassy lead as is (that comes in around 3.30mins), its a bit too "parpy", but thats personal opinion. (lol what a cool word) I would get rid of that pattern and concentrate on acid-ing it up with more 303 stuff!!!
The track has a nice movement, and everything seems to be sitting right. perhaps a touch too long.
