La Fleur (Power Plant Records) and Adeline (labeled one to “keep an eye on” in 2012 by Mixmag) once again return as the duo Housewives. Their second release on Kinetika Records (NYC) is titled What’s Cooking On the Dance Floor?. This EP includes hits Eat Me and Hot Stuff, which both include genuine clinks and clanks of the kitchen as they were recorded during the making of homemade veggie soup. Remixes come from Claire Ripley (Dessous, Phobic, murmur, Dogmatik) and the Netherlands Esther Duijn (Feelharmonic, Exquisite, Klasse).

Kinetika Records is a tech/house label from Brooklyn (NYC), which focuses on releasing cutting edge artists from all over the globe. In the last years they remixed artists like Booka Shade, Kosheen, Extrawelt, Sebastien Légér, 2000 & One …, and had releases on legendary labels like Drumcode, 100% Pure, Strictly Rhythm, My Best Friend, Global Underground etc..

Beside their big future plans and already signed releases on Drumcode and My Best Friend in February and April 2012 the boys have started their own imprint KD Music. The first release “La Familia EP” was released in December 2011 and is played by Loco Dice, Marco Carola and many more.. Be prepared for more!

Blown ring

Is it a sign that you're getting old when you take a dump and afterwards your anus feels like and resembles a popped balloon?

The grey hair, the expanding mid-section and going to bed early are things I can live with.

But a blown ring and the searing pain I experienced I will not tolerate.

As of tomorrow, it's All Bran for breakfast, 8 glasses of water throughout the day and no more squats in the gym.

Has anyone else here experienced such a phenomena? How did you deal with it? What steps can I take to prevent a repeat occurrence?

Dunno how I feel about the whole MMO thing though, I prefer single-player games. But apparently (at least according to the Wikipedia article) it is heavily story-focused and there is going to be an actual end to the story, rather than it just being perpetually added on to, unlike World of Warcraft.

Modern-day setting is a plus too. Not big on medieval fantasy.

we're looking at tours from La Paz - Lima. any recommendations for good tour companies/ones to avoid?

also we're spending a week in costa rica if anyone has any suggestions for good surf spots/hotels.
