West End is pretty much where you want to be for Indian Stu. The Sitar in West End simply occupied the site where Punjabi Palace was, as it moved a little down the street. Im not a fan of the Sitar franchise. I hit up PP on a fortnightly basis though. They are one of the few Indian restaurants where "hot please" actually ends up as hot and the meals dont look like microwaved Patak's stir in sauce.

If you find some serious boutique/elite Indian or Punjabi specialty restaurant let me know! Id love to be blown away

I'm sure these places are great, I'm not keen enough to drive to West End for it though.
