i'd think a bit less than that, but great work all the same. having your wisdoms out should only help the matter too

have you stocked up on jelly and icecream?

im doing ok, trying to do protein only sun-thurs, then refeed on fridays while im doing a training course for 5 weeks - i eat the sandwichs and cakes they give us and see how my weight stabilises over the weekend. saturdays im eating a bit cleaner and a bit less than usual but being more relaxed about it so i can still have a bit of a social life (yesterday was waffles with chocolate sauce).
as of this morning ive got 6.3 kgs to go in 3 weeks.... doable, but pretty tight.....
if i could think of something witty to say i'd put it here
