Has anyone done a DEXA scan before & after a RFL cycle before? I'd be interested to see what % of fat would be lost in comparison to muscle loss

Pretty happy I was able to stay the course over the weekend. Didn't refeed last night as planned, gonna get some carbs into me tonight because I have to fast from 8am tomorrow to get my wisdoms out in the arvo.

have you stocked up on jelly and icecream?

im doing ok, trying to do protein only sun-thurs, then refeed on fridays while im doing a training course for 5 weeks - i eat the sandwichs and cakes they give us and see how my weight stabilises over the weekend. saturdays im eating a bit cleaner and a bit less than usual but being more relaxed about it so i can still have a bit of a social life (yesterday was waffles with chocolate sauce).
as of this morning ive got 6.3 kgs to go in 3 weeks.... doable, but pretty tight.....
if i could think of something witty to say i'd put it here

Not really that concerned with numbers, as it's all about aesthetics, but wouldn't mind getting up to 70kg with low BF%. I've got until 7th December when I gets on a plane to the US and Mehico.

yes - it's a snorting only diet. you're only allowed to consume what can be snorted through your nostrils.

it's expensive but I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at the results.

can't guarantee you'll be all that functional at work though, and you might turn into an arrogant f*ckwit, but at least you'll look good.
