For a number of years I coached a team in a big intervarsity mooting competition which takes place in Vienna every year, and I always made sure I took my team to Figlmueller to eat schnitzels bigger than their heads. It's a bit touristy (and priced accordingly) but also very, very delicious.

It doesn't look like that's where you were, but you can get schnitzels that big (and bigger!) at the White Cockatoo Hotel beside Petersham Station if anyone is game I have never gotten more than halfway through one. They give you the salad on a separate plate and put the chips under the schnitzel lol

Yeah, it's still a big fucking steak though. One of the guys I was with demolished it, then ordered dessert. I was happy finishing it.
