Love how your studio has so much character. The worn and faded decals, the wood grain, the oldskool flyers.

A nice organic-ness about it all.

i had this very idea for Commercial Club King. Dial A DJ to play live via there homesetup with 2 way view and taking live requests. you could almost broadcast to 2 or 3 houses at once and link them altogether as 1 Party. Skype kinda thing

DJs with disabilities, Retired DJs.. loads of ideas.. a site that is open 24hrs a day with a DJ Roster from around the globe who can play within 15mins of the paypal payment of x-amount.

Iphones, Internet TVs anything is possible

Can only do attatchments!

Came back from a gig, too lazy to set the speakers up on their stands.

Nothing too flashy, Stanton SCS4.DJ Controller, 2 x 1000w Behringer Speakers (250 Continuous) & a Behringer EP2000 Amplifier, not pictured here are my lights.

Hi kieren, You may need to look at the permissions of your online photo gallery or double check your URLs as access is denied. Perhaps try Image Shack? I'm interested to see your console and mobile setup. Cheers

Yeah, but only two crates, I've been trying to save so haven't bought many new tunes in the last six months. Mainly gabber, industrial hardcore and drum 'n' bass. A little bit of jungle and dubstep as well.

NI Kontrol S4 with scratch
2 x Numak TTX

Hey guys,

When i get back home in May, I'll update, but here's what I've got while im in the states:

The numark speakers are cheap $60 crap, but they actually sound quite clinical considering the price.
Also have the pleasure of borrowing a friend's SM55H while I'm here. Sooo going to buy one!

Also hidden away is a:
-X1
-Stanton M.203
-Audio 8
-VCI-100 (Now replaced by the twitch)

lol, that's just Numark being too stingy for lights on both speakers - Although I'd much prefer they have none

Good luck getting your mixer repaired dude: that's a nice device.

The Rotary is bangers, but decided to plump for the regular as well (far left)...mixing drum'n'bass, hip-hop and droning techno just doesn't cut it *ba-doom tsh* with knobs.

Excellent mixers. Really happy with them. The dream, though, will always be:

- 1x Alpha Recording System 4100
- 5x Alpha Recording System 3500 (each channel + master)

yeah dude TOTALLY was also looking at that set up today (minus the 5x 3500s - lol)! but over 5k is re donk for a home instal, personally ive always wanted a E&S djr 400 - but i just dont think its worth spending that kinda cash without also spending the cash on some klipsch heritage speakers (or similar) or taking it out with you to good clurbs with killer systems (on the reg) ... i think the empath is an excellent mid price range option for home/ studio usage!

Again if anybody knows any ppl who would be able to fix my mixer, let me know! <|;-)~

Get some Functions

The DJR looks aight, but nah: ARS wouldn't be overboard if it can be afforded.

And you tried ringing a shop? Call StoreDJ and they could probably give you a list.

Vestax are a pain to get parts for so call MusicLink and they should give you a authorized repairer in your area http://www.musiclink.com.au/

I won't even get into the Mixer argument! But a pair of Klipsch corner horns would be nice and i don't think Funktion One make anything to compete with a corner horn for a awesome home setup!!

lol F1, you obviously never heard a k-horn or cornwall in action, even hersey, how can you even say such bullshit, and why the fuck would you have 5 ars isolators, it would completely defeat the purpose mixing on the 4100, one isolator is enough to do silly things, 5 is just plain retarded imho

if only either of them better had better pots it would be sweet, them blue velvets are crap imho, i got them in my isolator and the diff between black beauties is night/day, they just feel soo much better, i really like the thick feel of pots in bozak, i'm kinda scared of abusing the blue velvets anymore they just feel like they are gonna start to crackle any time soon, i got a bozak from 82 and pots just feel soo thick 30 years after, now thats what i call a tank
