Stacey Pullen was unreal! I was glued to the dance floor! A true master on the decks and effects!

another great night, i can't believe how busy it was...and busy early as well.

never heard of quenton hodson but really enjoyed his set, was pretty pumping for his timeslot but got the crowd up and dancing! scott...SO awesome, well done. pullen was excellent and i loved every minute. it seemed to me he hadn't quite finished at 3?? but everyone crowded the decks and started unplugging etc?! so that was a bit disappointing, i feel he didn't get a proper send off.

overall a tops night though (except for the sound earlier in the night), and great to see lots of the usual suspects...thanks subtrakt and soma! it was really hard backing it up after the boat, but well worth the effort

Pullen was in good form laying down some ballsy funky gear, very nice although I agree with Beebop, the change over could have been smoother, we didn't get to send Stacey much love at the end.

Loved the locals I saw (Ash and Quinten) thought they played perfectly to the crowd and their time slots, the night flowed really well

Stacey was fantastic, super tight and straight up dark room tribal/tech house which the super loose crowd was lapping up!!! He really had everyone in the palm of his hand, and his stage presence was ultra-smooth also

Thanks to everyone for making it out for what was another great Subtrakt party.

Agree with earlier comments about the warm up djs. Unfortunately didn't get to the club until about 11pm right as Quinten was starting and was great to see so many peeps on the floor at that time. Very impressed by his set and of course Walker's, who once again showed why he's one of Brisbane's best.

Enjoyed what I saw of Stacey and it seemed everyone that was there did also. Really kept the rolling tribal tech going and going. Wasn't around when he finished up but from what I hear there were a few issues with the cdjs which affected the transition.

Next up for Subtrakt will be a boat party featuring KEVIN GRIFFITHS (Tsuba Records) followed by an after party at Barsoma. Details to follow shortly.
