and just on the subject this opened up an interesting ploy for mine, not sure if it has been done yet but... some guy gets a dunk, could change the momentum so you could get in his face and with the way refs have been working it this year any reaction and they get T'd up, could be a good game changer come playoffs.

seemed that the Lakers got the better of that exchange though as they went on from that to win in double OT, was actually surprised they won since i only got a glimpse when they were getting thrashed.

Some of you guys say Lopez's foul was the least bad...imo it had the most potential to get someone seriously injured...anyone that plays ball knows anything that happens during the air could potentially be serious...you got momentum in the air and if someone clothes line you in the air you could land anywhere from your ass to your neck, head etc...luckily Griffin landed okay...

yep should have, same with the Barea one haven't seen them all strung together on one video before either it's pretty bad... there is one thing you can say for certain though, there is a lot more hope in Bynum getting better than Ron Artest.

asking for it? I know you want an attempt to say something interesting Troy, and the only way to do so would be for you to blatantly disagree with an obvious fact, but wow dude.... wow.. what a load of shit

So its Spurs vs. Jazz...the big men on both sides match up evenly but having been well rested Spurs should have the edge and I don't think Jazz have the players to match up to Parker and Manu's speed, energy and scoring ability so we should see big numbers from them two...be interested to see how Hayward goes...interesting player to watch from the Jazz along with Jefferson...I predict 4 - 0 to the Spurs

Just watched the 5 stupid plays McGee had this season:

http://hangtime.blogs.nba.com/category/shaqtin-a-fool/

Bloody he takes his position in the NBA for granted...how can you stupidly run back to the other side of the court when your team mate still has the ball on the offensive end...dumbass

Definitely don't want him in South Beach! That's what Miami need...a true PG...if Nash goes then all hell with the other teams to compete with that...argh...

But I get a feeling its either Miami or Knicks you would think...

i think that Lamar Odom was SO shit this year, that getting him and then getting rid of him is actually BETTER than if nothing happened, you know? Like the joy of dropping that piece of human garbage after being burdened with it would just make you feel SO GOOD

Jalen Rose made a good point about all these injuries popping up & how the NBA should take some blame for compacting the whole season into so many games in so little time. Kinda makes sense that bodies are breaking down at the end of such a tight scheduled season.

yes for some muscular injuries. i doubt that had anything to do with the 2 acl's done today though, both just really unlucky.

but i agree, way too many games crammed in. and they should have at least given teams a longer break between the regular and post season!

Rose What a shame. All is not lost for the Bulls though, their record of 18-9 when he was out injured during the year shows they have the depth to still have a successful playoffs.

It’s the players fault as well. They wanted as many games crammed in as possible in order to maximise their pay for the season.

BYNOMITE! With the block party today!

If Rondo misses the next game and ATL don't take care of business they should just quit. Dumb move from Rondo today could put the Celtics in real danger.

Clippers comeback, WOW! massive choke from the Griz

Yep he’s a bit of a headcase. He got ejected after Boston got within 4 with a minute to go and were rolling. It seemed inevitable that Boston was going to catch the chocking Hawks….then Rondo got a tech and lost his mind. Pierce will now go into full-time playmaker/game manager role for Game 2. A role that he excels at. I just don’t know if Boston have enough offensive weapons with Ray out and Pierce playing point forward.

Indiana beat Orlando, a few of us called them as likely upset makers. Orlando have seriously gone off the rails this year.

No Howard...you be stupid to think Magic can win despite the game 1 upset...

And for the LOL's and Amare being an idiot:

Quote:

New York Knicks star Amar'e Stoudemire is likely to miss game three of their NBA playoffs series against Miami Heat after cutting a hand punching the glass area that enclosed a fire extinguisher following their loss in game two.

Paramedics rushed into the locker rooms to tend to the six-time All Star player.

Knicks center Tyson Chandler said he expected Stoudemire would at least miss game three in New York.

"He's probably going to be out," Chandler said. "Without him, it'll be more difficult."

Stoudemire had 18 points and seven rebounds in the Knicks' 104-94 defeat by Miami.

The Heat lead the series 2-0.

Dwyane Wade led Miami with 25 points, Chris Bosh added 21, and LeBron James had 19 points, seven boards and nine assists.

Amar'e what an absolute idiot! Who does that? Punch a mascot, gatorade cups or something geez, I hope Knicks rally back in the series with these 2 games at MSG if Heat split it, it's all over red rover.

I don't really get the scalabrine thing. like i kinda do but don't. Isn't it just basically completely demeaning without really having anything to it? Don't get me wrong I am a massive **** and will joke around as such, but like, yes, he's white, and he's a bench player.... ok.

Boston win 87-80 behind PPs 36 points 14 boards. The Truth still has it.

Well I be damn...Hawks being Hawks...always find a way to mess things up...but credit to Pierce of old...thats where you distinguish a good team to a hopeless team...surely Boston can ride this confidence and win the remainder of the games

this is one of the shittiest first rounds ever, clips/grizz the only one that's even slightly interesting me.

east injuries and shit are just ludicrous...

and don;t see Dallas, Nuggets, or Jazz posing any threat in the west. bring on round 2 already. except for clips/grizz

Yeah shellacking after shellacking. Boring.
Heat and thunder look awesome, going to take an upset for them not to be meeting in the finals.
