been eating like a trooper lately. got up to 64kgs over the weekend. lost 1.5kgs yesterday because I spent 21hours at work and didn't eat dinner. yey work haven't worked out in a week but at least I'm back in the 62....

Back on the wagon - srs business times - no piss until after the marathon.

Actually 'cooked' dinner last night, ie more than just boiling water or making a sandwich.

Got down to 119.3 for a comp about 4 weeks ago. Then had 3 weeks off for my wedding and honeymoon, back up to around 124- too much beer and junk. Back on the training and diet wagon for Nationals in July.

Cheers. Not as well as I hoped- the cut definitely took it out of me. Went 215/162.5/242.5 which is pretty gay. Missed 225 on my second squat and just new it wasn't going to be my day (I did 230 a few weeks before).
