fair result in the end. nervous last half hour where we did everything we could to give the ball back to pool. felt they were somewhat unlucky not to equalise with all the possession they had at the end. but yeh. 4 fa cups in 6 years! drogz with 4 goals in 4 finals! love it!

hoping that was his last game for the club. need a massive clear out and spend wisely. if we buy any more english players i think we'll be heading for the championship. our style of football offends me, we're almost as bad as we were under woy. would be nice to bring in some wingers who are capable of beating a fullback with pace & trickery and some midfielders who look to pass the ball forwards.

can't believe we've gone from a midfield pair of alonso & mascherano a few years ago to playing a central midfield pairing of JAY SPEARING AND JORDAN HENDERSON in a fucking cup final. those two would not look out of place in the conference.

good to see torresw celebrating hard in the front row - his input to the victory was highly valued...

We prob deserved a draw in the end, i dont think chelsea played particularly well. It was their clinical finishing that beat us.

Our best were carroll, johnson, suarez.

Carroll should have started, as suarez had no support. I still dont know how Henderson gets a start on the pitch week in week out. Shelvey would have been a better option.

is that win enough for di mateo to get the job fulltime?
