CDJ 1000 repairs (Melbourne)...
Hi guys,
One of my 1000's is well fucked at the moment.
Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good place to get CDJ's repaired?
The guys at Store Dj suggestd JLS (apparently they are in Dandednong).
They said thats where they send all the work that comes into the shop.
Has anyone had an experience with this company by an chance?

I have no experience with JLS but I find it hard to imagine Store DJ would give you a bum steer.

there in thomastown just behind the harvey norman, i used them to fix a screwed CDJ400 cue button a few years back, they seemed alright

but also be mindful that its like a $70 fee just for them to have a look and open it up even if they dont fix it

This is normal in the repair industry. If you proceed with a repair the quote fee is applied to the repair invoice.
