Haven't swum for about a year, but I was swimming a couple of km then and I was less fit than I am now.

The cycling would be the main challenge as I haven't had a bike since I was in school.

I think if you can swim you're ok, that's where most people really struggle.
the bike leg is my worst too.

I would not consider a ironman though. maybe a half?
