gym is closed for a week due to upgrades, hoping they make it boss.

I second that, I went for a run last week where the lungs hated me for the whole thing, was only a moderately chilly day too. Next day though I was fine.

11.94km @ 6'36" Had a massive dose of the CBFs before going out, still feeling the DOMS from the gym a fair bit, but ended up being a really nice run, settled into a nice relaxed groove and kicked along for almost 4km more than I'd planned. Running in the cool night air felt great too.

I fixed my bike last night, pulled the fucker apart and cleaned/lubed up everything all nice. Then went for an hour ride at 1am (max creepo).

Love pulling stuff apart. Used to do it to my bmx as a kid, then my skatey, then my car.

Fartlek is Swedish for 'speed play'. Based on that, I'm going to assume that fart means speed & from now on will occasionally snort fart when I need to stay up late.
