Another entertaining free card.

The Diaz/Miller and Zombie/Poirier cards were more entertaining than 80% of the recent PPV.

KZ is going to have to cut weight smarter as he was looking gassed in the 3rd. Jose did slow in the 4th and 5th against Hominick but is still a shitload quicker than KZ.

How comfortable did Cowboy look against Stevens? Stevens was giving him way too much distance, Diaz just never let him set his feet.

How about those body shots from Maldonado?

Not really.

He is just not at the calibre needed to be successful in the UFC. His pre and post fight antics are funny - but you need to have the skills to back it up.

He looked terrible against Bisping and not that much better against Dollaway.

I used to train choy lay-fut kung fu for about 4 years in highschool, its the one most similar to muay thai so not entirely useless !

I was just interested to see what the calibre and experience level of the participants are.

Whilst I know belts are not the be all end all, it does generally show how long people have been in the game for.

I train under Nova Uniao Blackbelts Rodney Ellis and Larry Papadopolous.

Good vibe and friendly people - looks like you are on to a winner.

F*ck I hate Sonnen. He is that typical trash talking, disrespectful yank that everyone hates.

The guy must have some mental problems. He just does not seem to grasp that he LOST the fight by TAPPING.

Yes he may have dominated, but he did not win.

What angered me even more is when he ridiculed Silva for blaming a rib issue on his poor performance in their first fight - what about the fact that he tested positive for PED's???? Why doesn’t he talk about that?
