what the fuck is with BP player skipping / missing tracks you have loaded up

i had 50+ tracks in the playlist to listen to while i do other work....and it just misses tracks in it....

Seems beatport are having problems with their iPhone app, it's temporarily unavailable.....log in codes not working properly. Hope they fix it soon.

Anyone used the Beatport Pro app for OSX? downloaded it on the weekend and really like it! Having mulitple carts is super handy, as are the search tabs.

Anyone know what has happened to the beatport app for iPhones? I just got my brothers old 3gs and cannot download it, I still have it on my 3g and it works fine, with all new releases being on it.

But if it works fine, why remove the ability of being able to obtain it?

This is my query also, have emailed them and they basically imply it's no longer available for download, i think it had sone bugs in it. Pisses me off as I used to find most tunes when out and about on the fly.

Agreed, you can always find a discount code. I don't like to get more then about 20 at a time, even that many takes some time to listen to and learn before I am confident to mix them outside of home.

Is there a way to download tracks from Beatport which include the Label in the file name? Best I can seem to get is Artist(s)_Track Name_Mix Name...nothing for including the Label Name

And why oh fucking why do they ever think people will want to download it and name it with their stupid release number and not the artist name?!?!

Like outside of BP Downloader, if you just click the track, it wants to save it as '8765634_Cool Track, Bro_Cool Remix, Bro' and you have to type in the Artist name...so dumb

First time I used BP Downloader I didn't know about changing the file name string, and ended up with 30+ tracks I then had to check the ID3 tag info and type in all the names!!

If I ever have trouble with a mp3 not reading or having crap tagging it will be a Beatport mp3, I've given up buying from them.
