DBR was awesome loved it. The build up to the start of leibing was great.

Was kinda proud that a ton of non techno fans loved it and helped the Vibe. Met a million awesome people.

Exactly I think we exposed a lot of new people to chris liebing which is great for everyone

That was one of the best nights I've ever had at the laundry, intense from start to end, Pete's set was absolutely perfect, no one could have done a more fitting warm up. as for god himself, nothing to say but immense on every level.

Every night at Laundry is the best night you've ever had.

That was a truly fantastic event , liebing killed it in his 4 hours as expected , all the local djs smashed it in their rooms as well. And a big mostly well behaved crowd ; was great to see the room still absolutely full at 4am when liebing finished

Chris said it was the best show he has played in sydney and wants to come do an even longer set next time he is here at laundry again

So all in all good times !

every week, "omg all the djs played like the best set ever, and it was the most successful club night ever" is that a requirement of your job there? dude it's ok to say something negative, you won't get fired.

yeah it was all so perfect; the fights, the bad sound, the flooded toilets, the agro crowd pushing through the sardine can dance floor, must be some quality happy pills you're chewing on.

I guess if the music is good, all the other things which happen mean nothing.

That's exactly what it was for me, music won out over everything, and all I had drinking wise was 4 bottles of water, no alcohol no drugs. the crowd at the beginning was atrocious, but it was the normal Laundry crowd figuring out what the hell was going on. when they brought in that security to stand at the front, I did notice things got better.

There were some clusters of douchebags throughout the night. It was bit dark but pretty sure one cracker hit his head on step after falling

Can somebody ID the tune please:

Optional
i must be one of only a handful of people that didn't enjoy it then

He may as well have played the same kickdrum the whole time. i mean, its probably my own fault as i havent really liked the way liebing has been heading as far as his recorded sets so i dont know why i expected any different, but it bored the absolute shit out of me. Not to mention the crowd was absolutely atrocious, even compared to the normal dropkicks that inhabit laundry. 2 fights in the first hour FFS.

On the upside DBR played a great set. Wish id left after hed finished

Yere I expected relentless as it was liebing. However you can have relentless with some variation to. I enjoyed the set he's a master of the crowd for sure. But over 4 hours I expected him to cover a bit more musical breadth then he did

Relentless & Liebing go hand in hand.
I though about going, but I asked myself the following question; can I handle four CLR podcasts at full volume, in a small, dark and hot room?
Answer; NO.
I don't care who your father is, you're not walking on this water while I'm fishing.

Jesus Christ that was intense! Anyone able to track ID some of it pls? All I picked was a Perc remix of T47 and Planetary Assault Systems. Was awesome to see all that gear going to good use too - loved how he would add in little extra layers with Maschine.

wowk i recognised loads of his tracks from previous CLR podcasts so i'd say its safe to assume you'll find hte majority of it on his record label.

He played different tracks? I thought he just had one track on loop for 4 hours.

DBR's warm up set was pretty boss

As much as I tried to enjoy Liebing, the how packed and pushy it became really bothered me so I flaked out early. Sad.

Surprised about the fights too. Most of the punters couldn't even open their eyes, let alone raise a fist and intentionally connect with someone
...what does that even mean?!

I would just like to say that Pete's set was super. Frankly, I think he outshone Liebing! Not saying that Liebing was no good, just that Pete was that good
