need to get pinball back in my life.......anyone know pubs with a machine or 3....especially after Elvira, Terminator 2 and Addams family machines...in that order ! Elvira is soo good

The Hoey is best known as a rock'n'roll venue but it also boasts an Addams Family pinny machine. Ooky.

The Elk - Kings Cross
Avast, me hearties! The Elk has two pinnies (Black Rose and Independence Day) in their games room – drink a beer and hit those suckas.

The Courthouse - Newtown
Flip a few coins into the jukebox, order a beer and hit the Lord of the Rings pinball game, preciousss.

The Clare - Ultimo
While away a Saturday afternoon and a bunch of shrapnel playing Mars Attacks at the Clare – it's dangerously addictive.

ah that's what it is....I did notice that when you get the ball in certain holes it fires it straight down the middle between the flippers...having said that I had 3 games on it and went ok in all of them so dunno if the gap between the flippers is that big.

Played The Simpsons at the Jade Tavern in China Town and the played on the poker tables then played Tekken. I love the Jade Tavern.

finally checked the Courthouse yesterday...wow. think I'm gonna go back there this arvo as well . they got both Elviras...plus the ones mentioned above ...also Adams Family. my only complaint is not enough little tables to rest beer on..this is important when it comes to pinball in pubs

Other resource which I came to know by my friend is Mansions,The Clare where there is Pinball machine and the atmosphere is awesome.

I can imagine....how long have they had that room for ? ...had a dream about pinball today. think I'm back there this arvo. wish i could find a machine near Coogee though

A very nice way of ushering in the new year, yes. The ID scans and fingerprinting is a bit Orwellian though.

I am hoping to find one around Maroubra/Kingsford some time soon. Otherwise Coogee remains a very distant local.

Word. I never go near the place when it's fingerprint time - very rarely og there and usually only day time for quick drink ...but they were 2nd highest for assaults in NSW a few years back so guess thats' why they need all that rubbish. ...good luck finding pinnies in Marobura or Kingsford. I wodner if the 10 pin in Rosebery or Randwick has any ???
