78kg was my peak when I was using creatine and just after I did my 150kg deadlift. I was a FC and that's why i decided to drop some kgs. Starting to lose muscle mass now so I need to get back to the gym.

im still quite light,

i ended up at the mustang bar for a going away party for the czech girls at 1am last wednesday, anyway, first this czech guy tells my new "gf" that he wants to kiss her, so I shoulder nudge him and a fight nearly starts, then as we are about to leave this 100kg black dude fakes putting his arm around her and is all "hey dawg, i'm stealin yo girl", luckily she told them both to fuck off, but

I'm pretty new to this "just going out to nighclubs with a girl and not the boys " deal, so never really had this problem before,

so yeah , tl;dr,

too small

I started in September last year and hit that weight in May this year, so 8 months. The important thing is that it was 2x bodyweight

Weighed myself this morning, 3kgs lighter than when I was before I went away.

It appears that drinking for 3 weeks solid is a good way to lose weight.

No I did for a few weeks, had some issues (that hernia thing I mentioned, my left itb was playing ip) and took a couple weeks off which has turned into a month and a half. I was however playing a lot of indoor soccer around that same time so it wasn't as if I just got lazy all of a sudden.

80kg lean, not too keen to be much bigger than this.

Was thinking about your post a bit more Bradley, what's the big deal that I haven't lifted much since? Does it make it any less of an achievement? Eddie hasn't run much lately, but he still completed his marathon, and that will never change.

I take Optimum Nutrition's Opti-Men which is great; there's one for women called Opti-Women that Loopi was taking and I remember she said she really liked it.

Fair bit of historical revisionism right there young Bradley. The "i did a marathon' was part of the troll to get eddie to do the marathon and was made in jest. Your shirtless deadlifting video however.....Cheers
